Terms of Use and Deal Purchase Terms
Effective date: [CONFIRM DATE] · Last updated: September 27, 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of tootoogood.com and any checkout, deal-facilitation or support service provided by [LEGAL OPERATOR]. By submitting an order or selecting the acceptance control at checkout, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. TooTooGood’s role
TooTooGood curates offers for software and digital products supplied by third parties. Unless a deal page expressly states otherwise, TooTooGood does not develop, own or operate the third-party product. Each deal page and checkout should identify the product, seller or fulfilment source, price, licence duration, activation deadline, material restrictions, delivery method, PayOak treatment, and refund or dispute process.
Nothing in these Terms removes responsibility that applicable law places on TooTooGood for its own statements, conduct or obligations.
3. Deal information and caveats
You must review the complete deal page before purchasing, including “What you get”, exclusions, requirements, limitations, disclosures and vendor terms. Material restrictions disclosed on the deal page form part of the transaction. If deal information materially changes before payment, the updated information should be shown before you commit.
4. Orders and payment
An order becomes binding at [CONFIRM EXACT POINT]. Payment or escrow may be handled by PayOak, operated by Stonebridge Technologies Limited. TooTooGood is not a bank, payment gateway or licensed escrow institution and does not hold card details. PayOak controls its own payment, verification, escrow, release and dispute processing under its terms.
You are responsible for checking the price, currency, fees and order details before payment. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, bank credentials or complete card information to TooTooGood staff.
5. Delivery and activation
Delivery method and expected timing are stated on the deal page or checkout. You must provide accurate contact information and complete activation within any disclosed deadline. Delays caused by incorrect details, unsupported accounts, missed activation windows or third-party platform restrictions may affect fulfilment.
6. Third-party products
Third-party products remain subject to the vendor’s licence, acceptable-use rules, availability, feature changes and account requirements. TooTooGood does not promise that a third party will keep every feature, price or service unchanged. Any unusually important risk or uncertainty known to TooTooGood will be disclosed on the relevant deal page.
7. Cancellations, refunds and disputes
The applicable refund and cancellation treatment must be displayed before purchase and must comply with Nigerian consumer-protection law. Avoid relying on a blanket “all sales final” rule. Where PayOak escrow applies, follow the transaction-specific inspection, acceptance, release and dispute instructions. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL/WHATSAPP] first; unresolved consumer complaints may be taken to the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
8. Marketing and communications
Transaction, fulfilment, support, security and legal messages may be sent where necessary. Promotional email or WhatsApp messages require the lawful basis described in the Privacy Policy and can be withdrawn without cancelling necessary transaction messages.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, submit false order details, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, upload malicious material, impersonate another person, scrape the service in a harmful manner, or use a deal in violation of applicable law or the vendor’s licence.
10. Intellectual property
TooTooGood’s original website copy, design, brand assets and editorial materials are owned by or licensed to [LEGAL OPERATOR]. Third-party names, logos and products belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.
11. Disclaimers
Deal research reflects information reasonably available when published. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party products, universal suitability, or outcomes not expressly stated in writing. Statutory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
12. Liability
Any liability cap and exclusions must be drafted by Nigerian counsel for TooTooGood’s actual commercial role. No clause should exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, statutory consumer rights, or other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Suspension and termination
TooTooGood may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or material breach. Where appropriate, affected users will receive notice and an opportunity to respond.
14. Governing law and complaints
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The final dispute and venue clause is [TO BE CONFIRMED BY COUNSEL] and must preserve applicable consumer rights and statutory complaint routes.
15. Changes
Changes apply prospectively from the stated effective date. Material changes affecting an existing order will not silently replace the transaction terms accepted at purchase.
